Job Purpose
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring we attract and hire top talent to support our growth and operational needs.Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Execute Recruitment Strategies: Create and implement effective recruitment plans to meet the staffing needs of the plant.
- Job Posting and Advertising: Write and post job descriptions on various platforms including job boards, social media, and industry-specific sites.
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize multiple sourcing techniques to identify potential candidates, including networking, headhunting, and using recruitment databases.
- Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial phone screenings, coordinate and conduct in-person or virtual interviews, and assess candidates qualifications and cultural fit.
- Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide regular updates on recruitment progress.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
- Database Management: Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings and manage applicant tracking systems.
- Experience: Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, preferably in the manufacturing or FMCG sector.
- Skills: Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting, sourcing techniques, and recruitment best practices.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Technology: Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and HR databases.
