We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Restaurant Operation Manager to join our team at Spronks Creations Limited . As a Restaurant Operation Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional service and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff supervision, inventory management, and financial performance.

- Ensure that all team members adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards, maintaining a high level of service excellence.

- Hire, train, and motivate a team of front-of-house and back-of-house staff, providing ongoing guidance and performance feedback.

- Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, optimize efficiency, and increase profitability.

- Monitor and analyze financial data, such as sales reports, labor costs, and budget performance, and take appropriate actions to achieve targets.

- Maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other external partners to ensure the availability of high-quality ingredients and resources.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional activities to drive customer traffic and revenue growth.

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, sanitation standards, and licensing requirements.

- Handle customer complaints and concerns promptly and professionally, striving to resolve issues to their satisfaction.

- Stay updated on industry trends, new market opportunities, and emerging technologies to continuously improve the restaurant's offerings and operations.


Requirements:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management or a related role.

- Proven track record of successfully managing restaurant operations, achieving financial targets, and delivering outstanding customer service.

- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and motivate a diverse team.

- Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills, with a focus on finding innovative solutions.

- Solid understanding of restaurant financials, inventory control, and cost management.

- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

-Supervise day-to-day activities and assist in the food and beverage outlets

-Create innovative programs and promotions that drive revenue through increased guest patronage

-Aid in all financial budgeting operations to maximize profitability

- Knowledge of industry regulations, health and safety standards, and licensing requirements.

- Proficiency in relevant software applications, such as point-of-sale systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

- A degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
