Job Summary

Carrying out planned maintenance work(preventive and corrective) on Control equipment in production facilities and or utility facilities. Keeping and bringing technical equipment in optimal condition.

Vacancy Description

Maintenance execution

• Executes preventive and plan corrective maintenance work according to plan

• Ensures Mean Time Before Failure(MTBF) is according to plan

• Participates in Root cause analysis for problem solving

• Ensure work order registration in CMMS (hours, materials, feedback text,etc.)

• Closes work order when work is finished

• Responsible for work in the field of measurement and control technology , process control and electronics

• Carryout needed improvements/modifications on can making machines

• Makes suggestions to optimize preventive maintenance plans

• Manages adjustments,Analyzes maintainability of adjustments,modifications and new constructions

• Gives input to updates of technical drawings, documentation,diagrams and settings

• Support operators in changing equipment settings when required (major change over)

• Administrative handling of maintenance activities in the Maintenance Management System

• Supports and advises maintenance engineer on maintenance planning

• Initiates, coordinates, and monitors smaller improvement projects (modifications)

• Participates as a departmental specialist in RCA meetings and, if necessary performs further analysis.

• Coaching colleagues in RCA (e.g. 5W) and work order registration after execution

• Decides on spare parts to keep on stock and define min/max parameters.

• Optimize spare parts inventory, cost vs availability as well as standardization of components in consultation with Reliability EngineerEnforcement of Safety, Quality, Health and Environment

• Applies and enforces all relevant safety, quality, health and environmental requirements and standards

• Implement relevant QSHE risk addressing maintenance

• Identifies unsafe and unhygienic situations and reports them to the supervisor

• Prepares work permit

• Perform LMRA before maintenance activities

• Applies LOTOTO procedure

• Maintain a 5S work areas, follow Good Manufacturing Practices, and ensure Safe Work Practices
