The firm has since expanded its activities to include Construction & Real Estate, Energy & Natural Resources, Regulatory, Compliance & Anti-trust Advisory Services, Information & Communication Technology, Mergers & Acquisitions, Insolvency, Admiralty & Shipping, Immigration, Labour & Employment, Alternative Dispute Resolution, Intellectual Property, Advocacy and other services.


Position: Senior Associate- Dispute Resolution 

Location: Lagos

Role Summary

We are hiring dynamic and motivated lawyers to join an exceptional team of professionals in our Dispute Resolution Team in providing excellent legal services.



Requirements:

  • At least 8 years of active post-call litigation experience with appearances before the High courts, National Industrial Court, and Court of Appeal

  • Considerable experience and expertise in arbitration, mediation, insolvency, and settlement negotiations will be an added advantage.

  • Excellent communication skills - verbal and written.

  • Good ability to analyze legal issues and present clear case management strategies.

  • Good organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with little or no supervision and meet deadlines.

  • Good client management skills and a passion for exceptional client service.

  • Ability to mentor and supervise juniors.

  • Must be conversant with MS Excel and Microsoft generally.

  • Good drafting skills

  • Good verbal and written communication skills

  • Organizational skills.
