Job Summary: We are seeking an Electrical Engineer/Solar Energy who will be responsible for designing, installing, and maintaining solar PV systems and inverter setups for residential, commercial, and industrial clients. This role involves working closely with clients, electrical teams, and project managers to ensure seamless solar power integration and optimize system performance.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning and Coordination:
   - Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
   - Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams, to ensure project objectives are met.
   - Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to determine project viability.

2. Project Execution:
   - Oversee the installation and commissioning of solar energy systems.
   - Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as industry standards.
   - Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.

3. Budget and Resource Management:
   - Manage project budgets, including cost estimation, tracking, and reporting.
   - Procure materials and equipment, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.
   - Allocate resources efficiently to meet project deadlines and quality standards.

4. Team Leadership:
   - Lead and mentor project teams, including engineers, technicians, and subcontractors.
   - Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
   - Conduct regular team meetings to review progress, address issues, and plan next steps.

5. Risk Management:
   - Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
   - Ensure all safety protocols are followed to minimize risks to personnel and equipment.
   - Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.

6. Reporting and Documentation:
   - Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
   - Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, permits, and technical specifications.
   - Ensure all project deliverables are completed and handed over to the client on time.

  - Strong knowledge of solar PV systems, including design, installation, and maintenance.


Qualifications & Skills:

·      Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy Engineering, or a related field.

·      5 years of experience in solar PV system design, installation, and Inverter integration.

·      Knowledge of solar panel wiring, inverters (on-grid, off-grid, hybrid), and battery storage solutions.

·      Experience with solar monitoring software and smart energy management systems.

·      Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and teamwork skills.

·      Ability to work in outdoor environments, on rooftops, and at heights.

·      Effective communication and customer service skills

 

Salary: 750,000

Candidate should be staying in or around the island.
