Program Coordinator

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dynamic Program Coordinator to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of our training programs. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth operation of training activities, manage resources, and maintain high standards of program delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and verify that review exercises are relevant, create assessments and procedures to measure the success of conducted training, and measure retention of new students and existing students.
- Track and report on training metrics, attendance, and participant feedback.
- Select appropriate instructional procedures or methods such as individual training, group instruction, self-study, lectures, demonstrations, simulation exercises, role play, and computer-based training
- Sourcing training facilitators, and liaising with the trainers, subject matter experts, and participants to ensure smooth program delivery.
- Provide regular updates and reports on training activities and outcomes to senior management.
- Manage small projects and initiatives to improve virtual classroom operations and student experience.
- Ensure all training records and databases are accurately maintained.
- Implement and maintain Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Facilitate the development of new training programs and improvement of existing ones
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 2 - 3 years of experience as a training coordinator.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work with diverse stakeholders and collaborate in teams to meet objectives.
- Ability to use and lead in the development of knowledge management strategies
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with LMS platforms
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and training methodologies
Compensation: 100,000 - 150,000 base (+ performance bonus)
