Job Overview:
We are in search of a highly driven and strategic Business Development/Sales Executive to lead growth initiatives, drive partnerships, and expand our client base. This role will focus on acquiring new business and selling employee benefits packages to employers.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, strategic partnership development, and market expansion; preferably in the HR or startup space.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Growth & Sales Execution
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
Identify, engage, and close deals with HR professionals, enterprises, and SMEs that need employee benefits solutions.
Work closely with the marketing team to refine lead generation strategies and improve conversion rates.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
2. Strategic Partnerships & Ecosystem Expansion
Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers to sell the Motherboard employee benefits packages.
Develop corporate and enterprise-level partnerships to expand Motherboard’s market reach.
3. Client Engagement & Retention
Work closely with the customer success team to ensure smooth onboarding and adoption for new clients.
Maintain upsell and cross-sell opportunities with key accounts to increase retention and referrals.
Experience & Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in HR-tech, B2B, or SaaS.
Proven ability to close high-value B2B deals and manage enterprise relationships.
Experience using CRMs (preferably Zoho) and lead generation tools
