We’re on a mission to connect, empower, and transform the lives of 300,000 women across 54 nations, and we need a Social Media & Digital Marketing Manager to help us make waves online. 

This is a volunteer position based in Lagos, Nigeria, with occasional in-person team bonding sessions and physical event coverage.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Develop & execute creative social media strategies that get people talking.
• Create & manage the social media content calendar like a pro.
• Write catchy & engaging copy for social media posts, campaigns, and captions.
• Handle digital marketing campaigns that amplify SheClusive Africa’s impact.
• Work with our graphic designers to bring bold, eye-catching visuals to life.
• Post, schedule & manage content across Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, and more.
• Engage with our community—respond to comments, start conversations, and build meaningful connections.
• Track & analyze performance to tweak strategies and grow our online presence.
• Cover physical events & activations, bringing SheClusive Africa to life on social media!

Who We’re Looking For:

• A social media genius who knows the latest trends and how to create buzz.
•  A wordsmith who can craft posts that people actually stop to read.
• Someone with experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content creation.
• A creative mind with an eye for design and branding.
• A passionate advocate for women’s empowerment and digital inclusion in Africa.
• Must be based in Lagos, Nigeria, and available for occasional in-person meetings/events.
• Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently while vibing with the team!
