Job Title: Finance/Operations Executive
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Prompt posting and reconciliation of customer account on a daily basis
- Checking daily banking transactions and reconciling bank accounts
- Ensure cost savings through effective and efficient processes
- Ensure vendor invoices are raised as at when due
- Prepare and enter journal entries and adjustments into the accounting system
- Ensure purchase order, Goods Received Notes and invoices are matched
- Participate in the preparation of monthly financial statements, reconciliations and reports
- Manage the following tasks, and provide timely and periodic reports for them; collections, cards operations, funds transfers and loan repayments.
- Maintain and manage the operations of all fixed deposits and savings accounts; booking, termination, and closure based on customers’ requests.
- Ensures that all customers’ loan repayments are received, posted, and acknowledged in a timely manner and with minimal errors.
- Timely rendering of proof of all accounts and service payment channels
- Manages and track all customer complaints around operational processes and initiate corrective action where required
- Receive, documents, store, and present all loan repayment instruments(electronic or cheque) on the due date or any other day within the Collections Process Framework
- Produce and maintain periodic financial records

Educational Requirements and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting (minimum of 2.1)
and ICAN certified
A minimum of five years of experience with administration
and/or nonprofit management, including
bookkeeping, financial reporting, payroll, etc
